he way we feel about ourselves deeply affects various aspects of
our experiences, from the way we perform our jobs, in how we
love or how we experience sex, how we handdle ourselves as
parents and most important how we progress in life. Our answers to
circumstances depend on who we’re talking about and our views of
ourselves. Our dramas are just a mirror reflection of our own intimate
ways of who we think we are. Therefore, having a good sense of self
esteem is valuable to understand ourselves as well as others. The key
to sucess or failure lies in our self esteem.
It’s handy to identify the judgements we put on ourselves because
none other is more relevant than our own. So it’s highly important to
develop good self esteem and for this there are two main aspects to
learn: One, is to trust and the other is to respect ourselves. What is our
capacity to confront our challenges, how to overcome problems and
the ongoing search for well being while remaining respectful to our
interests and needs.

A good sense of high self esteem is when we trust and when we’re able to
engage fully in life.
When we feel inadecuate to confront life, unworthy and just plain wrong,
we’re dealing with a low self esteem.
When we feel uncapable but also when we do something well, when we
achieve a goal or even when we make mistakes, it’s important that we
check our self esteem to avoid feeling insecure.
Everyone should be able to enjoy a good dosis of self esteem thru faith
and trust in order to feel worthy and happy. Sadly many women have
issues with this and they suffer by feeling useless, insecure, guilty and
thus are afraid to enjoy life fully. Unfortunately these strong beliefs are
often hard to recognize.
So far there isn’t one single person who enjoys 100% positive self
esteem, however it’s a fact that self esteem can be developed and for
this we need to have a deep belief that we’re capable of having a good
life and deserve happiness. When we can experience the journey with
trust, respect and optimism we will achieve our goals and our desired
well being.
Developing self esteem increases our capacities of becoming happier.
When we fully understand this we can value and créate good self
esteem in order to handdle difficulties; becoming more flexible will
allow us to flow in the midst of the external preassures, it will broaden
our chances of staying proactive in our jobs and thus getting us closer
to a more stable and abundant emotional state. Our relationships will
become stable and less destructive and above all we’ll experience self
respect to which is the core to respect others as well.
At any level, self worth is an intimate experience because it lies in the
center of our being. It’s what you think and feel about yourself and
not what others think or feel about you. Nobody can breath nor think
