GES Managing Director, David Moore, commented: "The 45th Birthday Bash was a milestone for GES Group. Some of our employees have been with us since the beginning in 1972, and with the significant growth and development we have worked very hard to achieve, particularly in the past five years, we felt it was important to acknowledge and celebrate our success. The next phase of our growth and development plans are very exciting. We are exploring new markets and opportunities, we are continuing to invest in our employees, and we are using innovative thinking to not only prepare for change, but to embrace it and use it to our advantage. “Our first Five Year Development Plan resulted in 57 per cent growth from 2010 to 2015, and a 28 per cent increase in employee numbers. The 2020 Development Plan is underway, and we are making fantastic progress. We are looking forward to the next 45 years of business there is much, much more to come from GES Group." The Birthday Bash celebrations were rounded off by BBCs Mentalist, David Meade, who dazzled the guests with mind reading during a session titled Mind Your Business, which used psychology and human behaviour to explain (and help improve) decision making, sales, and persuasion skills. GES Group would like to take this opportunity to thank their customers and partners, not only for attending the event and making it such a success, but for their continued support.
