[1] Willis Insurance and Risk Management has
appointed David Sinnamon as Risk Manager.
With over 14 years’ experience in the safety
and risk management industry, David will be
responsible for helping clients identify,
manage and mitigate the risks relevant to
their business, relating to health and safety,
transportation, property management,
environmental risk or business continuity.
[2] Willis Insurance and Risk Management has
appointed Leslie Dick as Management Risks
Client Director. He will be in charge of
identifying new risks faced by firms and
increasing personal liability risks imposed on
directors. These include Professional
Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and
Crime Insurance.
Leslie has more than 28 years’ experience in
the insurance industry.
[3] Graeme Ogle joins Hamilton Architects as
a Senior Associate. Graeme, who is a
registered Architect with over 12 years’ post
part 3 experience, will be responsible for the
delivery and management of a range of
projects in various sectors, from inception to
completion. Graeme has worked at a number
of leading architecture practices and has wide
experience in delivering notable projects in
the Education, Housing, Commercial and
Healthcare sectors.
[4] Patrick Mullarkey has ben appointed as a
Partner with O’Reilly Stewart Solicitors.
Patrick has been appointed clinical negligence
partner. Mullarkey has spent his career
successfully bringing civil actions in medical
cases of negligence on behalf of patients
against both Trusts and doctors and has a
wealth of experience in cases of the utmost
severity including cerebral palsy, quadriplegia
and brain damage.
[5] Cecil Russell has been appointed Regional
Director, Capitalflow Commercial Finance.
With over 30 years experience in the asset
finance industry, Cecil is responsible for
driving forward Capitalflow’s asset finance
business throughout Ulster. This includes
corporate and commercial companies as well
as SMEs and sole traders.
[6] Larne Harbour Limited has recently
appointed Anthony Van Damme as Harbour
Master. Anthony has more than ten years’
experience in the marine industry and joins
the company from Aberdeen where he was a
Marine Pilot. In his new role he will be
responsible for marine safety at the ports of
Larne and Cairnryan in Scotland as well as
identifying new business opportunities for
Larne Port. Originally from Belgium he

studied Nautical Sciences at Glasgow College
of Nautical Studies and is married with a
daughter.
[7] P&O Ferries has promoted Michael
Callaghan to the position of Sales
Development Manager for the Irish Sea. He
will be responsible for managing key tourist
accounts, for developing new and existing
relationships with travel agents, tourism
trade, clubs and societies and for growing
consumer trade for the Irish Sea. Michael
has been employed by P&O Ferries for more
than 10 years having previously held roles
in Operations and as a Sales Executive.
Michael is a keen golfer and plays for
Islandmagee FC.
[8]Carol Woods has been appointed Sales
and Operations Manager with Mercury
Security Management Ltd. Carol is
responsible for developing technical sales
and improving operation efficiency. She has
more than 20 years’ experience across a
number of companies within the security
industry having enjoyed managerial roles in
the capacity of remote monitoring, human
resources, operations and training, office
management, control room functions and
client liaison for daily operations. Carol will
utilise her vast experience to help Mercury
Security Management maintain its growth
and retain its reputation as an industry
leader in both operational excellence and
customer service.
[9] Steve Cox has been appointed
Operations Manager with Mercury Security
Management Ltd. Steve is responsible for
developing technical sales and improving
operation efficiency Prior to joining Mercury
Security Management, Steve Cox served as
the Head of Security Risk for Boots Chemists
across Ireland. Steve has a wealth of
security knowledge and expertise, having
spent his whole career to date within the
security industry.
