[ 1 ] Saville Audio Visual, has announced the appointment of Gareth Gray as National Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. With a primary focus on the corporate sector, Gareth and his team will be focussing on developing strategic business relationships with clients and partners throughout the territories, delivering innovative solutions across a wide and varied portfolio that also includes education, health, retail and the public sectors.
[ 2 ] Michelle Linden has been appointed Director, Specsavers Newry. She will be responsible for helping to grow the business and developing staff to keep up to date with customers’ needs in the changing optics industry.
[ 3 ] Matt McKinstry has joined CloudMigrator36, a cloud migration and management company which provides simple, secure and cost­effective Microsoft­based migration for companies of all sizes. Matt has over 15 years’ experience in software development and has been appointed as a Senior Developer. Previously he worked in various engineer and architect roles across a wide range of sectors including insurance, health, local and central government, enterprise content management and data migration.

[ 4 ] Jenny Moore has been appointed as Associate, Employment & Corporate Immigration with A & L Goodbody. She will advise and support public and private sector clients on all aspects of employment law and corporate immigration. Jenny specialises in employment law, having qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland with distinction in 2013. She has experience of advising both private and public sector clients on all elements of employment law, both contentious and non­contentious. Jenny has advised clients on major change programmes, regularly defends Tribunal proceedings and advises on employment law aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions.
[ 5 ] Ciaran O ' Shiel has been appointed as Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution; IP & Technology with A & L Goodbody. His role is to advise clients on contentious aspects of intellectual property, information technology, data protection and media law. Ciaran specialises in litigation and dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and information law. He has advised clients on a wide range of commercial disputes including patent, trade mark and copyright infringement cases and has acted on some of the highest profile technology
disputes to come before the Northern Irish Courts. More recently, Ciaran has been acting for one of the leading national newspapers in defending several High Court defamation and privacy claims.
[ 6 ] Steve Tweed has been appointed Head of Mediation and Consultancy Services, Ampersand NI. Steve opens Ampersand’ s Belfast office as head of mediation and consultancy services with over 25 years experience across the UK & Ireland in industrial relations and employee relations. Having previously worked as Director of IR at the Irish Medical Organisation in Dublin, Steve has extensive experience across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
[ 7 ] Institute of Directors Northern Ireland has appointed Kirsty McManus as National Director to shape the leading business organisation’ s future as it works to strengthen its relationship with businesses, politicians, local government and the public sector. Formerly Head of Business Development at the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kirsty joins the body following a successful career
during which she has held senior positions at the Ulster University, CBI and Vistage.
[ 8 ] The Roe Park Resort, Limavady has appointed Michael Marshall as its new General Manager. Originally from South Africa, Michael brings international expertise to the role with more than 25 years’ experience in the hotel industry in the UK and South Africa. He joins the Roe Park Resort from his previous position as General Manager at Hilton Aberdeen Treetops in Scotland, where he increased room revenue and successfully managed the business during the economic downturn in Aberdeen.
[ 9 ] Colin Mullan has been appointed Managing Director at Find Insurance NI. Colin has been with Find Insurance NI for over 7 years and will continue to provide strategic direction in driving the company forward and identifying new market opportunities. Colin recently played a fundamental role in launching Drone Insurance for the Northern Ireland & UK marketplace, becoming the first Broker in Northern Ireland to do so.
