Prepare to Succeed

What will tomorrow ' s working world look like? Are you prepared? The Ulster University’ s Developing Managers Programme has been refreshed to address the opportunities and challenges of leaders and managers in an ever changing environment. Inspired and motivated to improve, you will return to your organisation with enhanced personal management and leadership skills and ready to add additional value to your business.
Programme design and delivery is intensive and challenging yet recognises busy schedules and keeps in mind worklife balance. Small group size, a high degree of class participation and a diverse mix of participants all enhance your learning experience and provides excellent networking opportunities.
Practically orientated, the next programme starts in Spring 2018 and takes just 12 months to complete. Throughout the programme you are encouraged to apply newly acquired competencies to your own organisation resulting in increased personal effectiveness and generating impact in your organisation, your community and the economy.
If you are a manager who wants an academic management qualification or a manager looking to develop your existing management and leadership competencies, this programme is tailored for you and structured around six modules:

• The Future of Work " I have not only enjoyed the Developing Managers course but I have grown as a leader within my business. This course has given me key leadership qualities and confidence to use with my team. I would recommend this course to other managers." Eileen Moore, Asda
