burning desire to be well managed. What, no hands up?
Imagine that…
Now show your hand if you had an interest in seeking
sound leadership. I’m guessing a hand (or two) is up…
Okay, okay, so maybe your hand is not in the air, but you
have to admit, you agreed more with the latter statement over the former, right? While a lot of titles have
the word “manager” in them, it is easy to appreciate how
people attempt to “manage” people, when in fact effectiveness comes from consciously and clearly managing
process while leading people…and not the other way
around!
So how does one lead people who want to follow and
