Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request to the NACM Meetings Department in writing as soon as possible. For written requests received on or before April 2, 2010, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Between April 3, 2010 and April 16, 2010, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the NACM Credit Congress, no refunds or credits are possible for cancellations received after April 16, 2010; however, replacements may be made at any time. Conference Proceedings Materials Every year at Credit Congress, we present each full delegate with a Proceedings Book, a reference book containing all available session handouts for the conference. This year we are excited to introduce a new and more eco-friendly alternative to the traditional Proceedings Book: a memory stick that contains all of the same material and can be used time and time again once back at the office. Anyone choosing the memory stick option is encouraged to go to the Credit Congress web pages to print handouts they may wish to have on-hand during a session and bring them to the conference. Delegates may also use the Rio Hotel’s Business Center to print handouts on-site. We suggest contacting the Rio Business Center for pricing ahead of time. When registering for the conference, you will be asked to choose between receiving the memory stick or Proceedings Book with your registration materials. Anyone who does not mark a choice will automatically receive the traditional book. For those who would like to have the material in both formats, a memory stick can be ordered when registering for an additional $20. NACM credit congress & Expo 2010 43
