ENERGYWORKS LIMITED , A market leading provider of engineering solutions to the energy sector in New Zealand , secured new investment to the business in January 2014 . As a new shareholder , Direct Capital is providing additional capital to support Energyworks ’ growth initiatives . The investment was made alongside the existing owners , CEO Allen Clarke , and Executive Director Dallas Chadwick , both of whom who continue to be significant shareholders in the Company and continue to manage the business .
