Haslam divides the company into four segments : the financial and administrative function ; client services ; sales and marketing ; and R & D . “ All of these departments need great support and so we work closely with them to ensure that their needs are being met . This also extends to C-suite members of the company .”

EXECUTIVE PROFILE James Haslam joined ELMO as CFO in February 2019 . He is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in accounting and finance roles . Before joining ELMO , James founded Financial Agility Consulting , a consultancy practice providing senior executive management support through mergers , acquisitions , capital raisings and IPOs . Prior to Financial Agility Consulting , James worked for both KPMG and Deloitte , providing professional services advice , predominantly in the respect of mergers , acquisitions and IPOs . James holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Business from the University of Warwick in the UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales . anz . businesschief . com
