The only building from South Korea in the top 10 list , the Lotte World Tower is the fifth-tallest building in the world , measuring 1,823ft tall . The structure contains 123 floors , with 260 hotel rooms , and was completed in 2016 . The Lotte World Tower was also designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates , and “ contains retail components , offices , a 7-star luxury hotel , and an officetel .
