ADDCAR UGM completed the acquisition of ADDCAR Technologies in February 2014 and the $ 21 million acquisition from Arch Coal gives UGM all licenses , patents and technology related to ADDCAR ’ s systems , including the manufacturing facility in Ashland , Kentucky .
