We must look beyond the gender lens . There is much discussion at the moment around increasing the diversity of boards , but most of this dialogue is about increasing women ’ s representation . We need to understand that women are not a homogenous group and look critically at which women are accessing these opportunities . In many cases , they will have more in common with their male counterparts .
What gets measured gets done , and we ’ re also going to see more companies equipping their D & I leaders with ever more sophisticated data and setting more ambitious KPIs — something that ’ s had a huge impact at Palladium .
