If you ’ ve ever needed to get something from someone else you ’ ll know how difficult that can sometimes be . If its not important to them it can be a real strain on your schedule .
Try giving that other person more detail about why you need it . It may be insignificant to them , but when they know supplying it can be beneficial to them also , they will think harder about getting it to you in a timely manner . Like ( for instance ) their mileage report . If you don ’ t have the correct miles you can ’ t pay them correctly , or if you don ’ t have the eggs their birthday cake won ’ t stay together . Find a way to make your request important to them too .
