Veterans recognition hosted by Eagan Kick-Start Rotary
Three veterans celebrated, honored for service

Three local veterans’ service and sacrifice were honored at a Veterans Day program hosted by Eagan Kick-Start Rotary and Rotary of Eagan.
Each veteran shared their personal lives before and after deployment, and explained how some received visible and invisible scars as a result of their service.
The two Rotary clubs welcomed veterans and community members to the annual program and luncheon on Nov. 5 at Lost Spur Golf & Event Center

Burnsville High School’ s 2026 graduation ceremony will move to the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.

PHOTO FROM SCHOOL DISTRICT 191 Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert was at Burnsville High School on Tuesday, Nov. 11, to help District 191 Community Education and The Open Door Pantry distribute Thanksgiving meals to local families. The event was made possible by a donation from Gobert’ s Rudy’ s Kids Foundation. Volunteers from the BHS boys and girls basketball teams, along with Schmitty & Sons transportation and Think Mutual Bank, helped families select the items they wanted and carry them out to their cars. In all, more than 200 meals were distributed.
