First of all welcome and thank you so much for
choosing Kirsty Mckay Photography to capture
your family’s memories! It’s my greatest joy to be
able share in a little piece of what makes your family
special and unique and to show you just how
beautiful you are!

Photography is something I feel deeply and that
came naturally to me from the very first portrait I
took of my baby niece four years ago! Once I
downloaded those first images onto my computer I
was hooked, Portrait Photography became my
passion and joy and I wanted to learn everything I
could about it!
Over time, I’ve discovered what I love most about
this art-‐form -‐ magical natural light, minimal props,
beautiful textures and locations along with mixing
fashion with families to create something truly unique
for my clients.
Every session I photograph is given my full focus
and attention and every family I meet leaves little
footprints in my heart, my clients are just fantastic
and it’s impossible not to fall in love with your sleepy
newborns, rambunctious toddlers and giggling
children!
My business is a real family affair, with my amazing
husband Ken, managing the business side and my
focus being on what I love -‐ my wonderful clients
and the photography and editing itself.

light, great locations and my love for colour and
