The 27th Annual Desert Dart Classic Dart Tournament was held September 29 - October 1 , 2022 , at the Don Laughlin ’ s Riverside Hotel & Casino in Laughlin , Nevada . There were some amazing people that turned up to play in the tournament . We had a celebrity join us . Yes , Ivy Calvin , from Storage Wars was there playing darts . He is an amazing down to earth person . This year we added an event and it was a great choice !!! We added Cricket Singles and it was a great turn out and the levels were maxed out . Brad Boe , Suzy Q , Jan and Adam all were calling out the matches for the tournament . A big thank you to all of them !
Now I have some horrible news to announce . Monday October 10 , 2022 , my long time friend of 30 plus years , Kevin Darke , passed away in the hospital . Please keep his family and our dart family in your prayers . It hits Jake and myself really hard . Kevin and I were the only 2 people who stuck with Georgene until the end . I am still in complete shock . Love you Kevin .
Next year the Dart Tournament will be on October 5,6,7 , 2023 .
