Pink Ladies State Dart Tournament
The Pink Ladies State Dart Tournament kicked off Oct 4th at the Dacotah Bank Center in Brookings , SD . There was 186 teams made up of 776 women in 9 Divisions . 2 women were inducted into the Hall of Fame : Michelle Hauck and Tami Neugabauer . Ky Lynott a 21 month old child , with brain cancer , was sponsored by all of the Pink Ladies , the Pink Ladies have a motto “ No One Fights Alone ” and they stand by it . They gave monetary donations along with a cart load of toys for Ky to enjoy . Thursday evening , there was a round table discussion for 100 Pink Ladies . They listened , learned and spoke about the rewards and fights of other chapters across the region . This tournament is a reward for all of the Pink Ladies who play darts 12 months a year and sponsor individuals fighting cancer . They get to spend time with other Pink Ladies and share their success stories . The tournament wouldn ’ t have the success it does without the sponsors . Thank You Dacotah Bank Center , Arachnid , Flash Point Designs , Lone Wolf Spices , Sun Gold Trophies , Adam & Eve and every operator who sent teams from SD , NE , IA , MN , ND and Winnipeg Canada .
