Combo Luck
In Women’s A/AA Combo Luck, Paula Murphy and Tina Loucks were sent
to the loser’s side early on and fought their way back defeating Stacey Pace
and Barbara Sand for fourth place and Helen Windsor and Krissy Grimal
for third. Next they went to the Bull Pen to play the undefeated team of
Kayla Lewison and Liz Tynan. The first set went to a tie-breaker with
Paula and Tina winning. The second set Liz and Kayla won the first game,
but Paula and Tina came back and won the second game taking it to another
tie-breaker. Liz and Kayla won the tie-breaker and first place.

In Women’s B, Lindsay Griffo and Justine Boyke were sent to the los-
er’s side where they defeated Amanda Anderson and Megan Watson for
fourth place. Then they defeated Samantha Hastings and Susan Johnson
for third place and moved to the Bull Pen to play Raegan Budden and
Monique Johnson who were undefeated on the winner’s side.
Tha match went two sets, but Raegan and Monique prevailed by win-
ning the second set and the first place championship undefeated.
