Men’s 501 Singles Champion

It was Randy Pavel and Brad
Krukowski in the Bull Pen playing for
the Men’s 501 Singles championship.
Brad was in the winner’s bracket undefeated and Randy had just defeated
Jeff Sutter giving him 3rd place.

Randy won the first game and Brad
won the second taking it to a tiebreaker third game. Brad won the
game and took it to the second leg.

4th Men’s 501 Singles

But Randy came back winning the
first and second game and the championship title and $2,000 in cash.

Julie Weger & Larry Butler

Larry Butler and Julie Weger were sent to the loser’s bracket early on and
had to fight their way back defeating Paula Murphy and Michael Maloney for
4th place and then Christy McClure and Elliot Milk for 3rd place.
Then it was into the Bull Pen to face the undefeated team of Shea Reynolds
and Steve Hilger. Larry and Julie won the first two games tying things up
and taking it to the second leg. Shea and Steve won the first game, Larry and
Julie won the second game taking it to a tie-breaker. The third game Shea
took out for the win and championship title.
