IAMOA State Dart Tournament
The 2021 Indiana State Dart Tournament ( IAMOA ) was held at the Grand Wayne Center in Fort Wayne , Indiana on November 11-14 . There were over 1000 players in attendance looking to cash in on the $ 76,000 in cash and awards over the 4 days . The tournament kicked off with 180 teams playing in the Mixed Trips on Thursday evening . Friday was a busy day starting at 8am of Singles Cricket , 01 & Combo and then the Masters Singles following at 10:30 . At noon Singles 01 got underway with Doubles Combo closing out the day at 8pm . Saturday dawned bright and early at 8am with Doubles Cricket , Doubles 01 and Masters Doubles Combo . The largest event of the weekend , Mixed Doubles Combo , started at 3pm with 240 teams playing throughout the rest of the evening . The tournament weekend was brought to a close with the 4 person team event with 125 teams finishing about 9:30pm as the last dart was thrown . Throughout the weekend , many champions were awarded along with lots of laughs , good times , and valuable memories . The Grand Wayne Center was a great venue to host the event which also hosted , on the other side of the room , the IAMOA State Pool Tournament . The 2021 Tournament was impacted by a date change , venue change and obviously COVID . We anticipate a full field for 2022 as the pandemic continues to decrease . The 2022 IAMOA Indiana State Tournament will be held at the Marriott East Hotel in Indianapolis on February 17th-20th , 2022 .
