The 2019-2020 BullShooter Pennsylvania Regional took place February 7-9 . 2020 , at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pgh GreenTree , in Pittsburgh , PA . The Regional was cosponsored by Betson . Players came from Florida , Maryland , Ohio , Wisconsin , West Virginia , New York , Nebraska , Florida , Delaware and Canada to compete in a 11 main events dart tournament over the weekend . The main events started on Saturday with Women ’ s Doubles 301 which was won by partners Celena Welty & Michelle Klinedinst . Later during the weekend Celena & Michelle took home the championship in Women ’ s Doubles Combo after defeating Kristina Kisling & Crystal Leiter . Devyn Corugh won Women ’ s Singles Combo . In the Men ’ s events , Bruce Cottrell & Jay Bertram won Men ’ s Doubles 501 . Chad Becker & Dalton Hawksworth took home the championship in Men ’ s Cricket Doubles and Michael Porterfield won Men ’ s Singles Cricket . In the Pro events , Jeffrey Carpenter & Dennis Garn took home the win in Pro Men ’ s Doubles 501 . Ryan Dreher & partner Rudy Klinger won Pro / AM Cricket and Don Stewart defeated Sidney Vaughn to take home the championship in Pro Men ’ s Singles Cricket . Madison Snyder , Levi Bilger & Gary Kidd won Mixed Triples 701 . The weekend finished up with Angela Carl & Ryan Dreher taking home the win in Mixed Cricket Doubles .
