Andy: We did get hammered.
I guess you have got to love the
game to travel in a winter like we
had last year.
Pacer: Andy, you said you have
been playing for seven years.
When did you get the feeling that
you could become a really good
dart player?
Andy: It was at the Pittsburgh
Regional a few years ago that I
played in four events and made the
finals in every event. It was one of
those weekends where everything
just seemed to work right, and it
really gave me confidence. Since
then, I have just loved traveling
to tournaments and meeting so
many people. It’s like a big family
out there.
Pacer: Everybody says the major tournaments are like family
reunions, and they say it beacuse
it’s true.
Andy: Sometimes it’s hard to believe that people who are so competitive can be so nice. For me, the
travel and the people are the two
best parts of the game.
Pacer: Andy, it’s Saturday at
BullShooter 30, how are they flying for you so far?
Andy: Tom, you always try to be
peaking when you go to a major

Andy has also done very well at the
PAMMA Pennsylvania State Tournaments.
