RAMÓN PETIT
"Dear members of the Woodland family:
The project of the Woodland English School of Los Angeles was born 25 years ago. It is the initiative that arises within a family group passionate about education, valuation, academic and cultural education of children in our city. Since 2001 this initiative has been expanding towards greater coverage, entering the Subsidized Education System in its shared modality. Always encouraged by the commitment of a Christian formation and the conviction of a quality education, the school's educational community has grown both in experience and in results.
Today we are encouraged by a new beginning, where the culture of demanding much more and delivering the best to our children and young people urges us. We want the next years to be the best, deepening in our seal in the teaching of English as a tool for the future; where the value of knowledge and love for things well done are our constant compass. We want an inclusive, but demanding school. For this we have a team of professionals, technicians and first level education assistants.
We will continue to deepening and improving our best pedagogical practices; our technological resources and our infrastructure to become the best school in Los Angeles; thus fulfilling the commitment we have always had with the families that have placed their trust in us for the education of their children. We will not disappoint that expectation, on the contrary we will work tirelessly to achieve our goals.
I invite all of you to think big, to take the path of academic excellence, with the firm conviction that in education is the key to the person's fulfillment and good destiny.
