Facilitation Skills This module is intended to help the user discover the appropriate occasions to use facilitation and look at the key skills required to be an effective facilitator. The module looks at what skills are needed to become an effective facilitator, covering areas such as group dynamics, the roots of conflict and how to analyse options to find a way forward.
