A typical studio apartment with basic furniture provided will cost from 6,000 to 12,000 Thai Baht per month, plus additional charges for utilities, such as electricity, water, telephone, and Internet access. A deposit/advance payment equivalent to 2 or 3 months rent is usually required. It is best to personally inspect apartments before making a commitment, so we recommend booking short-term accommodation for a few days upon arrival.
