ITM 250 Thai Society and Culture (3 credits) ITM 251 Wedding Planner Business (3 credits) A study of Thai social structure, religion, beliefs, cultures, festivals, local wisdoms, livelihoods, arts, family, and food through lectures and field trips. This course provides a background in wedding services including planning, operations, management, marketing, advertising, and trends in the wedding planning business. ITM 252 Golf Management (3 credits) Individualized study of a selected topic in tourism industry under the supervision and recommendation of faculty member. 98 BANGKOK UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL ITM 256 Aesthetics for Life (3 credits) ITM 257 Educational Field Trip (3 credits) ITM 258 Recreational Activities for Tourism (3 credits) A study of concepts about the aesthetics of living through and experiencing nature, art, performance, music, and cultures. This course emphasizes on learning process based on various media and diverse experience. Experiencing good practices of travel business operations both domestic and international in order to broaden worldviews and gain experience through field trips under the supervision of faculty members. (3 credits) A study of interesting, modern, and useful topic in tourism industry. ITM 254 Independent Study (3 credits) This course explores the differences in livelihoods and cultures of other countries in order to understand culture difference through traveling and living abroad under the supervision of faculty members. (3 credits) This course provides a background of golf course service styles including planning, operations, management, marketing, advertising, and trends of golf course business. This course includes field trips. ITM 253 Special Topic in Tourism Business ITM 255 Cross Cultural Experience This course provides opportunities for students to learn the recreational activities management process through being a part of leading recreational activities for tourists. The skills gained include problem- solving techniques based on hands-on experience. There will be field trips under the supervision of faculty members.
