David Ulbrick - Special Counsel

David specialises in advising participants in the construction industry, particularly in the resources and social infrastructure sectors. He is experienced in advising on all aspects of project delivery and all forms of dispute resolution. His experience spans supporting complex project-level negotiations, preparation and representation at mediations, assisting clients through rapid third party processes such as expert determination or adjudication and the more traditional methods of arbitration and litigation.

With dual qualifications in engineering and law David is able to work closely with project teams to understand technical issues and commercial imperatives. He is able to set, and then deliver on, resolution strategies to assist project participants as they steer through the sometimes uncharted waters of claims and disputes to successful project closeout.
