The BUILD PROCESS,
1 It Starts With a Plan
Watching a custom pool take shape is exciting, but the construction process can feel unfamiliar if you have never been through it before. Knowing what happens at each stage can make the experience easier to follow and help you understand how the pieces come together.
At Blue Haven, the process begins before excavation and continues beyond the moment the pool is filled. While every project is different, the timeline below offers a simple look at what homeowners can expect along the way.
Before construction officially begins, the pool is laid out with the construction team, designer, and project manager. This is an important opportunity to review the project before work starts.
There may be a waiting period after this meeting while final preparations are completed. Permitting, scheduling, silt fencing when applicable, and other project requirements can all affect the official construction start date.
Once work begins, the backyard starts changing quickly. These timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on weather, project complexity, and other conditions.
