BRIEF DESCRIPTION

comprising residential, educational hub, commercial hotel,
offices and retail, performance arts development components.
Included is a healthcare hub with a specialised hospital,
SOHO apartments (a total of 8 blocks), college students’
apartments, retail shops, lifestyle retail mall with alfresco
