is designed to blend in with the neighbourhood that is famous as an entertainment hub.
THE BRAND new Laurent & Clark residential
project that was launched in the first quarter

two towers with 335 condominium units
designed in a contemporary style to integrate
with its lively neighbourhood.
Jean-Pierre LeTourneux, architect and
partner with Menkès Shooner Dagenais
LeTourneux Architectes (MSDL), and
the project’s main designer, describes his
approach which focuses on the remarkable
visual and material integration of the towers
and high quality architectural achievement
aiming to honor the neighborhood’s vocation.
“It’s a question of realising a building in

LeTourneux.
