Sunway Eastwood Park Villas to offer
contemporary green living
Architect CL&O’s linked villas located south of Kuala Lumpur are designed
to encourage a healthy lifestyle amid a natural environment.
SUNWAY EASTWOOD Park Villa is a
gated and guarded, low-density residential
development comprising of 66 units of
three-storey terrace homes in Taman Equine
(Puchong), located about 30 minutes south of
Kuala Lumpur. This is a stratified development
where the overall concept and building facade
of Sunway Eastwood is preserved and its
surroundings are maintained by the property
management or joint management body.
The development is accessible via several
major highways, namely the Lebuhraya
Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Putrajaya
Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway
(SKVE) and the Bukit Jalil Highway. In future,
Sunway Eastwood will only be a 20km drive
away from the city centre with the up and
coming MEX interchange.
The 66-unit development is the final phase
in the Sunway Eastwood master plan and is
conveniently perched atop the highest level
of the site giving it a vantage point over the
entire township.

The villas are designed to offer the best
in green living with eco-features installed in
every home. The development encourages
a healthy lifestyle with exercise stations,
meandering walkways that doubles as a
jogging path and other facilities located at
the club house.
The villas have a north-south orientation
to prevent direct impact of sunlight while
minimising heat gain from the harsh morning
and afternoon sun. The use of natural
lighting through large windows also plays
a part in defining the interior space and
adds as a distinctive feature of these homes.
The design style is contemporary and both
indoor and outdoor spaces are connected for
a comfortable living environment.
The villas come in three types: Type A is
two-and-a-half-storey with its lower ground
level overlooking the township; Type B is
three-storey with its living spaces oriented to
face the linear garden; and Type C is situated
nearest to the natural green belt and slope.
