Building Opportunity: 2026 Parade of Homes Almost Here!

Lydia Mhouli Crown Heritage Homes 2026 EPAB President
The excitement is building as we prepare for the 2026 EPAB Parade of Homes! Our eight participating builders— Crown Heritage Homes, Cullers Homes, Hakes Bros, ICON Homes, MA Builders & Design, Pacifica Homes, Pointe Homes, and Winton Homes— are working hard to put the finishing touches on their homes, and I am thrilled to share that they are looking beautiful. Their creativity and craftsmanship reflect the talent and commitment that make El Paso’ s homebuilding industry so special.
As EPAB President, I am proud of the work our builders and associate members are putting into this event. The Parade of Homes is more than an opportunity to tour stunning new homes; it is an investment in our industry and the businesses that support it.
Why does the Parade of Homes matter to our members?
• Increased exposure: Showcase your business, products, and services to potential homebuyers and industry professionals.
• New business opportunities: Connect with consumers and build relationships that can lead to future projects, referrals, and sales.
• Stronger partnerships: Bring builders, suppliers, lenders, realtors, and other professionals together to strengthen our industry.
• Community growth: Highlight the quality of new-home construction in El Paso and inspire future homeowners.
• Member success: Promote the businesses and people who help our association and local homebuilding industry thrive.
I encourage everyone in our community to come out, explore
these incredible homes, and support the builders who make this event possible. For our members, this is a chance to celebrate our collective work and demonstrate the value of building together. I look forward to seeing you there.

Membership Comes Together for a Great Cause

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the El Paso Association of Builders( EPAB) hosted its first-ever BBQ Plate Fundraiser“ Harvest for Success” in support of HomePAC, and I am proud to say it was a wonderful example of what our building community can accomplish when we come together for a common cause.
As the one behind the smoker, I had the pleasure of preparing the BBQ myself, and it was great to see all who came out to support this initiative by purchasing plates. Every order represented more than a great meal; it was a contribution toward supporting HomePAC and its efforts to advocate for the homebuilding industry and the issues that matter to our members.
Of course, an event like this would not have been possible without the incredible volunteers who gave their time and energy to make it a success. A special shoutout to Lety and Ericka for serving plates; Lydia, Natalie, and Juanita for delivering orders; and Lety and Lisa for helping us tackle cleanup and Ceci for helping coordinate. A big thank-you also goes to EPAB Secretary Anthony Murillo and Ericka Vega with
Millennial Homes who helped cook and transform our conference room with festive décor.
As our first year hosting this fundraiser, the support we received exceeded what we could have accomplished alone. We are grateful to everyone who purchased a plate, volunteered, or helped spread the word.
We hope this fundraiser becomes an annual EPAB tradition, with turnout continuing to grow each year. Thank you for showing up, supporting HomePAC, and reminding us that our association is strongest when we work together!
