The last one year in BUET has been the most eventful year of my life without any shad
ow of doubt. Different, difficult, challenging - that I expected from my university life, b
ut this would have so much impact on my lifestyle was beyond expectations. I have en
countered emotions and experiences that I hardly thought of having before coming h
ere. Needless to say that I share classrooms with genius minds, but honestly I didn't e
xpect them to be so nice all around. Hall life, was thought to be a difficult one, can't b
e a boring one with such fun loving bunch of guys. All in all, I have got some cool Bue
tians as my friend, they pull your legs to the limit, they make fun of you, they troll you
and at the end, they actually remain the key to your survival in the pressure-filled aca
demic life. But there is an aspect that, I think, needs addressing- we often take every
matter too lightly, use it as a tool for fun and fail to understand the gravity of that mat
ter. I have been told many times, " BUET can change you, in both good and bad way.
It's up to you to prevent the latter." So, Dear BUET, academically you roast me as long
as you can, but in this passage of time, you let me learn the most precious lessons of l
ife, let me have real fun and let me be friends with some of these humans of Buet so t
hat when the time of leaving you comes, I have some buddies to give me company a
nd bid adieu to the life I will miss the most.
