4 STEPS TOWARDS AN EVEN BETTER SAS

A number of new changes are happening at SAS right now. As you may recall, we took the first steps in late 2012 when all SAS stakeholders – owners, banks and employees- approved our plan for a new and restructured organization. On the way to this new SAS, four steps will help us improve customer satisfaction and strengthen our value proposition.
2. In addition, we will introduce 60 new aircraft from 2013- 2016.
3. In order to bolster our already very comprehensive network and timetable, SAS is introducing 47 new routes in the first half of 2013.
1. We will continue our design refresh programme according to plan. We have already established improved service points at certain destinations and are at the moment redesigning our most important lounges. This work will continue in 2013 to improve service and make travel more comfortable and easier.
4. Based on customer research, we will simplify our passenger products starting in June 2013 by launching a new and revised customer offering. This customer offering will cover all routes within Europe and was created through a close dialogue with many of our customers and partners over the last 12 months.
