4 STEPS TOWARDS AN EVEN BETTER SAS
A number of new changes are happening at SAS right now . As you may recall , we took the first steps in late 2012 when all SAS stakeholders – owners , banks and employees - approved our plan for a new and restructured organization . On the way to this new SAS , four steps will help us improve customer satisfaction and strengthen our value proposition .
2 . In addition , we will introduce 60 new aircraft from 2013- 2016 .
3 . In order to bolster our already very comprehensive network and timetable , SAS is introducing 47 new routes in the first half of 2013 .
1 . We will continue our design refresh programme according to plan . We have already established improved service points at certain destinations and are at the moment redesigning our most important lounges . This work will continue in 2013 to improve service and make travel more comfortable and easier .
4 . Based on customer research , we will simplify our passenger products starting in June 2013 by launching a new and revised customer offering . This customer offering will cover all routes within Europe and was created through a close dialogue with many of our customers and partners over the last 12 months .
