TRAVEL COUNSELLORS NEWS
Welcome to the July edition of our Business Travel Newsletter
Earlier this month The Global Business Travel Association upgraded its forecast for business travel spending in the US during 2013 . It now predicts spend will reach $ 268.65 billion . They believe that this growth will come from domestic travel as companies focus on opportunities closer to home .
I believe this is great news for global business travel as a whole because the increase in spend will have a positive knock-on effect for the UK and Europe . Any growth is good news after all . If domestic travel is proving popular in the US , this is a trend we don ’ t intend to ignore . Wherever your business travel takes you , whether it be to Edinburgh , Dublin , Manchester or even Moscow , you can benefit from using a Travel Counsellor . We believe that your business can run far more smoothly if you ’ re able to delegate your travel arrangements to one of our agents .
Ultimately this predicated increase in spend is good news for business across the globe and in fact we ’ re celebrating fantastic international growth . This month we ’ ve appeared in the Sunday Times International Track 200 with global sales growth ( excluding UK sales ) of 33 %.
I hope you have a great month .
