Closing out the year , our community raised an astounding $ 588,130 in 959 gifts ( of $ 10,000 or less ), reaching and surpassing the $ 500,000 goal put forth by the Richman Family through their transformative match challenge . This amplifies our potential for even greater outreach , stability , and support for our musical community in 2021 .
This result is just one further example of how we ’ ve coalesced as a musical community to ensure that vital services remained and evolved throughout the recent months for those who needed it — including children , our senior listeners , families , educators , and those most isolated or affected by the pandemic .
Our continued inspiring programming and groundbreaking initiatives are a credit to you and other supporters who have engaged with us along the way !
