BSO OFFSTAGE IS BACK !
A new and improved BSO OffStage is now live ! The digital platform now features updated and reliable streaming content , easier account management and purchase options , and apps that will enable you to watch the orchestra from even more devices — including iOS , Android , Roku , Fire TV , Apple TV , and Android TV .
The BSO is launching a new program of opportunities for volunteers to connect to inspiring music while also helping the BSO deliver concert experiences , administrative support , educational initiatives , and outreach programs ! There is a rich history of volunteerism at the BSO , and we believe the work that staff and volunteers will do together is a major element of the Orchestra ' s success in the coming years .
Volunteers can help serve communities of both the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and The Music Center at Strathmore , on a regular weekly or monthly basis — or just at occasional events . Participants will receive exclusive access including special events for volunteers and complimentary tickets to BSO concerts . AN UPDATED LOOK FOR THE MEYERHOFF

In opening the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall ’ s doors to the public once again , we are excited to showcase several new features including completely new wayfinding and interior signage .
Prior to the pandemic , all interior signage was original to the building ( 1982 ), and thus not only dated , but also limited , with far fewer wayfinding signs than was ideal . Thanks to patron feedback and the creative team at Ashton Design , the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is now home to a functional signage system that considers the complete patron experience , from arrival at the ticket lobby doors to finding one ’ s seats .
There are now 312 new signage items across more than two dozen signage ‘ types ’ ( including Directional , Identification , and those complying with The Americans with Disabilities Act ).
Look out for the “ Today ’ s Event ” notice regarding intermission , photography , and recording !
