BSLA / NOW BSLA ONLINE RELAUNCH Way back in the ‘last century’, BSLA launched its first website well before the internet was a common communication tool for organizations. It was simple and offered up some information, but very little interaction. Over the following decades there have been small fixes, medium re-do’s, and some major overhauls, but nothing to elevate the site to its true potential. But now, the BSLA’s website is leaping into higher level of capability, functionality, and interactivity, with lower level maintenance. The Communications Committee, chaired by Todd Robinson, set out to create an interactive site that focuses on the members and the benefits of membership. The design, influenced by the look and feel of ASLA.org, provides content and interaction relevant to the BSLA. The navigation is simplified and the user experience magnified. Social media is integrated into the site with a live Twitter feed a
