IF YOU LOOK OUTSIDE THE BOX A BIT

remember as a youngster having my
grandfather pick me up after school to
mow his lawn. He had a riding mower and
I never felt more liberated. I believe I was
only twelve, but I felt like I was an adult
with the freedom and trust to not have to
pedal a bike. This was my first introduction
to the green industry, and from there on, I
felt like I knew what I wanted to do.
Time passed, and one day when I was in
high school, there was an announcement
over the loudspeaker for a landscaping
position for a company to mow lawns. It
just happened to be at the end of my street.
I made the call after school and was hired
