TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS
I
have always believed that my company will be
successful if we can provide our clients with the
best customer service. Over the last 30 years we have
built beautiful landscapes and, more importantly,
built trusted relationships. I think this story explains
how we will always do our best for any client. A
few years ago we received a call from a client with
an unusual and emotional request for immediate
help at their property. We built their landscape and
maintained the property, which included a paddock
area for a beloved horse owned by the family. Sadly,
the horse became ill and died—on Christmas Eve.
The family was devastated and we were asked to go
to their home and bury the horse immediately. Of
course we responded as quickly as possible with
trucks, a backhoe and caring
people. We had to locate the
most appropriate area, dig
the grave and respectfully
move the horse—a large
animal—to its final resting
place. The family was with our
crew during the entire process.
Obviously we were very cautious,
concerned, and accomplished the sad
task without harm—emotional or otherwise. At the
end of a very long day our crew returned knowing that
however difficult this project had been, they helped a
family say goodbye and created a special place at their
home to always remember their beloved pet.
