Currently, BAC offers several
service opportunities for its
students. During orientation, first
year students pack meals for
Stop Hunger Now. Athletic teams
organize a range of service events
including sock drives, baby gear
collections, and fundraisers for
pancreatic cancer. The national
institution FeelGood has an
active local chapter at BAC
that raises funds to fight global
hunger, and the College-based
organization CARE provides
additional avenues for students to
engage in service opportunities.
In service, students find a sense
of pride and purpose, enhance
their leadership skills, and, most
importantly, bring the teaching
“love thy neighbor” into life.
