others tell you to or
tell you that you can’t
do it.”
What do you want to tell the world about this
student? Jovany has the heart of Mother Teresa and the
creative and artistic mind of Andy Warhol or Pablo
Picasso. He is an original, and Jovany is one of those
students for me that if you give him a task, he’ll do it
immediately. You ask him to create something, it’s 100%
original every single time - just like him. That’s what I love
about this kid. You don’t ever wonder if you’re getting a
certain version of him, because Jovany is Jovany every
single time. I love that about him!
Favorite Memory: Jovany is a very humble kid. I think my
favorite memories of him are watching him accept awards
(OAP) or watching him enjoy moments but it’s never
about HIM. He teaches me. That’s what happens in this
job, students often teach us lessons we’ll never forget.
With Jovany, I will always remember to be humble and to
always go beyond the expectations.
