In April of 2017 Kibren Moore set a school record of 10.87 in the 100m. No one else has come close to this and he has since broken his own record 11 times with his latest time

being 10.48. He still holds

the school record for the

200m coming in at 21.02.

But he still wasn't done.

Kibren broke the school's

400m record running a

49.09 which was set back

in 2016 by Javion Wilson

who ran a 49.47.

Junior Mamadou Ly II posted a time of 10:42.36 in the 3200m run breaking the record set in 2017 by Kevin McDaniel who ran a 11:05.93.

Junior Justin Swann posted 46.0 in the triple jump edging out older brother Christian Swann who set the school record of 45-2 in 2017.

The girl's 4x200 rely set a school record at the Westlake Relays in March posting a time of 1:43. The team consists of Elizabeth Weems, Kamaria Bryant, Selena Shipp and Cerenity Daise.

The boys 4x100m set a school record when they ran 41.27 in the GHSA State Championship. The also set the school record by posting 3:18.57 in the 4x400m in the GHSA Sectionals.

hen people talk about

track, a lot of times the

conversations are around the speed you see. But any track coach will tell you, it takes more than that to wrap up a district, regional or state championship as a team.

To say the Pebblebrook track team has done well this season is an understatement. Their diligence and hard work has has rang high this season. From the McEachern Quad-Meet in late February to the Georgia 2-7A Regional Finals, the Falcons have been nothing short of outstanding.

There have been many personal records set as well as some school records broken. The most impressive being senior Kibren Moore.
