tournament the boy's tennis team put their rackets away for the season.
At the start of the season their goal was to make it to regions for the first time in several years said head coach Thomas Lacey. "We had several new players whom had never picked up a racket, " he stated. "Teaching them fundamentals was time consuming for the team."
This was probably the biggest challenge for the team however they persevered and pulled out some great wins. Their biggest and most memorable moment cam when they swept rival school Westlake on all five lines and took their first victory of the season.
