Our Favorite Things CREAM CHEESE PIE 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 container of Cool Whip 1 tbl spoon of Lime Juice 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 graham cracker crust Add cream cheese, lime juice, condensed milk; mix with mixer until fully blended. Fold in Cool Whip until mixture is fully mixed. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set. ***Notes from Christy *** I made this cheesecake over the holidays for my family in several different versions and every time it was a huge hit and soooo easy to make!  I’ve added chocolate chips  Oranges and orange jello  Strawberries and strawberry jello….  Endless possibilities! Roasted Cabbage     1 tablespoon plus 2 more tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch-thick rounds Coarse salt and ground pepper 4 cloves of fresh grated garlic Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush a rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil. Place 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch-thick rounds, in a single layer on sheet and brush with 2 tablespoons oil. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper and rub with the 4 cloves of fresh grated garlic. Roast until cabbage is tender and edges are golden, 40 to 45 minutes.
