Love Yourself

It’s easy to get wrapped up in the day to day. Lord knows I’m at fault on that too! I promote Love Yourself, Love
Your Family, Love Your Home and Love Your Community daily. I must admit I’m not always walking the talk as I
should. I think about this often as I don’t sleep and friends and family are telling me to slow down. I even have a yoga
card that I haven’t had time to use but once… I know these things are important, I know how to get things all in check.
It’s just a matter of Loving myself enough to follow through. I challenge you to go through this journey with me and
improve your life too. After all until we improve ourselves how can we improve anything else?
Take time to stop and think of one thing that you like to do (no cost involved) and make sure to schedule
time for that this week.
Take a few minutes before bed to plan your entire outfit including accessories. (It only takes 5 minutes
and it makes you feel so much better and more confident the next day)
Find one new healthy food/snack to include in your diet to replace one that isn’t so healthy
Find one exercise that you enjoy. (For me it’s walking, but I hate the track, I prefer the sidewalks
downtown.) Find at least two days this week you can devote 30 minutes to doing this exercise.
Go through your closet and find one thing that you do not love and donate it. It will help you clean out
slowly and give you the satisfaction of helping someone in need.
That time during the day when the stress is rising. Take a deep breath and think of something that makes
you smile.
