Our Favorite Things STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 container of Cool Whip 1 pkg strawberry Jello 1 graham cracker crust Dissolve Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water, add cream cheese and mix with mixer until fully blended. Fold in Cool Whip until mixture is fully mixed. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set. BROCCOLI, CHEESE, CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE Cooked chopped chicken 1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3 c. cooked rice 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained Place cooked broccoli on bottom of large oblong casserole dish. Add layer of rice and then chicken. Heat Cheez Whiz and soup in saucepan or in microwave until mixed thoroughly. Pour cheese-soup mixture in casserole dish poking holes in top allowing mixture to mix with chicken. Bake covered 20 minutes at 350 degrees then uncovered for 10 minutes.
