Love Yourself
An Enjoyable Experience in Griffin by:

The first time I visited Stache’ Studios I
experienced a friendly and open environment, almost
magical. Everything in the studio is so vibrant and
interesting it made me want to spend all my time
there.
When I went to the back, where we were to
begin painting, Mrs. Jessica was so nice and
welcoming she walked me through the steps of how to
make a painting my own. I thought it was really cool.
She made me feel like a real artist.
Painting made my creativity flow not just on a
canvas but in my school, my home, and my views on my
community.
At school it opened my eyes to other
student’s art that hangs along the walls and the way
it made me feel. I now stop when I see others art to
admire it and appreciate the creativity of others in a
way that I never had before.
At home creativity has really started to flow. I find
myself looking at old items that I would have never
paid attention to before and trying to figure out ways
to recycle it into art.
For example my uncle has some very large
wine glasses and instead of letting it collect dust we
put sand and marbles in it and added a candle to
transform it into a very unique candle holder.
In short, the simple little downtown art class
has made an impact in my life. I now strive to thrive
on my new found creativity. I am excited to
experience more culture and creativity in my
hometown.
Who knows maybe one day I’ll have my own
art Studio. Ever since my visit there I look on the
wall where my picture that I painted hangs and not
only feel proud but remember the memories that
were made that day!
