CLOSING ADVICE CBD’s New Post Closing Process to Get you More Listings We all enjoy receiving the emails that start like this: “These funds were processed today via direct deposit. They should reflect in your account tomorrow.” But starting next week, you’ll want to pay attention to what we’re adding to that email: “Take advantage of this closing TODAY! Get listings, referrals, and reviews by clicking this link: CBD’s Post-Closing Process” We’ve put together a list of things you can do at the end of every transaction to capture as many reviews, referrals, and listings as possible. The best time to take advantage of a closing is right at closing! When you get a commission email in the future, click on our Post Closing Process Link for all of the information you need to turn that one commission into many. Resources include: • Links to portals and websites to request client reviews: Zillow, Zap, Realtor.com, Facebook, etc. • How to set a follow-up plan in Zap so you stay top of mind with clients • Information about home warranties—remind your clients you bought one for them! • Links to ordering “Just Sold” postcards to leverage the neighborhood near your closing Let us know what you think— referrals and reviews are great ways to get listings, and we’d all love more listings in this inventory-starved market.
