Since 1920 , Sunset Valley Golf Course has been one of the North Shore ’ s premier golf courses and has served as the hometown course for generations of Highland Park golfers . Families have grown up learning the game , playing , and making lifetime friendships on the beautiful Sunset Valley course . Designed to challenge every level of playing ability , the 18-hole public golf course is comprised of 6,500 yards of bent grass fairways , manicured greens and continuous cart paths . Water comes into play on nine holes and bunkers are strategically placed throughout . Our experienced PGA professionals utilize today ’ s cutting edge teaching techniques to help you hone your skills and improve your game .
